Hello, my name is Ted and I live in Alice Springs, Australia. Living deep in the Outback means you have to be prepared for anything. I have fitted special tyres to my truck and always carry a spade so I can dig myself out if the wheels become stuck. However, no matter how well prepared you are, things can still go wrong. Last year, things did go wrong and I became trapped in some soft sand. Thankfully, the local tow truck company came to rescue me.
